Can I ship to a location other
than my home?
Yes. When you are purchasing from Clark you are given the option to ship to
any address you choose. Please note any special shipping instructions in the
Comments field when completing your PayPal transaction.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once your order leaves our studio, UPS and FedEx usually deliver in the US
within 14-30 days, and elsewhere in the world within 30 days.
Is the artwork insured?
All items are fully insured during transit to cover damage, loss or non-delivery.
If, for whatever reason, you are concerned about the status of your delivery,
please contact us.
How is the artwork delivered?
Our artworks are packaged in strong boxes designed to protect the works while
in transit. Also included in your delivery will be advice on how to care for
your print, our quality statement.
Who do I contact if I have problems with shipping
or delivery?
If you experience any problems, please contact us.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately
and we will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the
damaged work, credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
What if the print I receive is not the one I ordered?
You may return your purchase within 28 business days for a full refund. We
require that the artwork be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe
shipment. We also require that the artwork is shipped using UPS or Fedx. You
must also include the original invoice information.
